At Soeur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return them for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
